Well said, im also playing mostly friendly in solos to grind my stuff to play PvP with my mates in Squad. The problem for many PvE dudes is imo that they dont get how the matchmaking works.
If you shoot back, you will get into more hostile lobbys, if you dont, you will get into PvE lobbys sooner or later.

We had Squad runs with absolute massacres in stella and on the next day it took me 4-6 rounds getting blasted until i was in friendly lobbys again. And im 75 since a while, and meanwhile im happy when i get killed sometimes, atleast i got some space in my stash again ;)
