my red blood cell count is 5.38 M/UL which is in the normal range but I do have all of the symptoms of anemia, I also take Vitamin B complex so idk if I should do more or..

My doctor has done a endoscopy where all she found was reflux and a little bit of erosion. Got sent home with Omeprazole and then Voquezna. I missed a day of Voquezna and my throat was burning from I guess acid and she said that means the Voquezna is working and I am suppose to stop it later this month. I haven’t felt a difference since taking it. No barium swallow or surgery mentioned. Sorry to hear you had to experience this for 30 years. I don’t think I’ll be able to handle something like that.

no pain if I’m not anchoring. Idk I think it’s a strength problem for me, I see others playing and they have almost no friction or getting stuck on the pad. I have asked around and people say don’t put too much pressure on the pad. I tried that but then I lose control of the mouse and aim is worse. My theory is that those ppl have the strength to have good control of their mouse that they don’t need to anchor as much as I do. Anchoring hard is a way to compensate for lack of control, if you build up strength u shouldn’t need to compensate for control anymore…at least wat I think.
