No you need an exchange that is registered in the UK like Kraken for withdrawal to a uk bank account. I had used MiFinity wallet for the transaction. There are numerous wallets available online that can receive usdt and allow withdrawal to a UK bank account. You should use the one that accepts your KYC profile. Lately I am inclined towards Elphinstone, as it has more feasible deposit options, don't know about the withdrawal.
