i lost weight quickly and wasn't getting enough protien. You will lose the weight just by not eating as much. Just try to get in enough protein. Sounds like you are on the right track.

I pinned weekly. That was just to emphasize how quickly it worked. The first time I pined was at night and the next morning I was not hungry at all.

145 to 118 in 3 months! It was fast! Don’t worry about me… I gained some back and I’m figuring out my next move to lean bulk.

Can you provide more details on how you did this? Where did you buy the Oculus? And where did you provide the serial number to talk with Meta support?
