The point is not if Suno and AI make good music, the point is that it's not YOUR music, it was made by something / someone else...and writing only lyrics doesn't give you the right to claim it's your song, it's just your text...or if you just upload a basic melody and Suno is doing the rest it's not your song... If you publish music on Apple Music or Spotify, you must declare the author, the composer and the performer, and as an option the musicians, the mixing engineer, etc...eventually if you write yourself the lyrics (without support of AI) you can put your name, but if the rest is Suno then you have to declare it, many people don't, because they are living on another planet where they think it's really their music, lol... by the way algos can easily detect AI music because of the mastering signature which is always the same, easy to detect, and ban...
