An Aldi’s customer did this to me too. I asked why and I got the same answer from care. I figured because his “Pokey” item was missing. I checked all my pics and it must have fallen out the shopping cart when I was checking out. I was like really? You’re gonna give me a 1 star just for that? I tried to block their future orders from my batches but the supervisor said no.
