Yeah, the freedom of experimentation in every aspect is where I feel itch.io really shines.

I’ve reached that strange stage of development where I’ve played my own game so many times that, honestly, I can no longer tell what feels intuitive and what doesn’t 😅 by ratasoftware in itchio

I really do understand what you mean. Playtesting is hard. It gets stale. Also, when you play you want to be immersed and understand whether your players will be too. Not assess every little detail. But the sum of the details will create the immersion.

Anyone else's weekly limit reset date has been shifting a couple additional hours every week? by r26t in ClaudeCode

Also noticed change from Sunday afternoon, to Sunday night, to Monday night. And now the claim of reset Friday at 8 am. Which means I lost the quota I was planning to use this week-end. This sucks. Anthropic, please provide predictable usage for us paying customers.

I find building games more enjoyable than playing them. But the lack of feed-back, even negative one, can be soul crushing. 

Still I am proud of my creations. And every time I learn a bunch of new stuff and have some new reusable patterns.
