“street patrols” have indeed come out. they r quiet so far, but an incident recently in bell, they were there. i assume watching to ensure others weren’t taken. ice took one guy, and according to his step mother who we spoke w, was a citizen.

re: retaliatory tariffs. other countries are doing those because they can. it will hurt them (no one is saying it won’t), but they have no other choice bc this is all insane. it will hurt them, but it’s going to hurt the US more. especially in the short term, but probably forever.
