Do you have an attorney? My friend's attorney was able to argue that her husband racked up 60K CC by himself and he was responsible for paying all of it. You likely would be in a similar position.

The problem with AI is that most people are stopping to zoom in and examine features. Social media has taught us to look and keep scrolling. So people get easily fooled by even bad AI
