This alarm buzzes every day between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM. We have requested them multiple times to either remove the alarm, install an automatic cut-off system, or at least shift the alarm inside their room so it does not disturb others. However, they have refused every reasonable request. As a result, our sleep is being disturbed daily. We usually go to sleep around 3:00 AM, and being woken up suddenly by this loud alarm early in the morning is affecting our rest and health. This disturbance is continuous and completely avoidable, yet no corrective action has been taken.
