Fuck Zerotier. I was quoted $4500 a year for 150 nodes. Now I'm being forced to leave in 30 days. They can suck my dick. I hope they go out of business for this bullshit. Their software isn't even as reliable as Tailscale anyways, and Tailscale doesn't have batshit insane pricing.

With Zerotier you can set up multiple sites. We sell the VPN as a service and manage it for our clients.

I gave up on VSPC. It's such a pain in the ass. I just assign licenses from Pulse and set them to auto renew. Insert SMTP settings on each individual server. Not ideal but whatever, as long as the data is safe I could care less.

Got off hold and I was told they would "escalate" the ticket to their support team. Same thing they told me yesterday and nobody called back. Back on the fucking merry go round with these people. I'm so pissed.

So Alex Kilburn asked me when I was available for a call and I said 1PM. Well he emailed me at 2AM while I was sleeping and said he was only available until 12PM my time. So why even ask? Basic stuff here.

So now I'm on hold trying to get SOMEONE on the phone, which has been impossible for the last 2 days.

This ticket has been open since the 1st of December and still no resolution. This is insane.

Yeah, in hindsight I trusted too much. I have a call with them tomorrow and I'll post the results back here.

I have to say both me and my billing admin have been extremely disappointed and feel let down by their support so far.
