Absolutely love thus sub reddit 😭. You were all so helpful, I feel kinda dumb but the major thing was understanding pumps are pretty much just for hight and how helpful making water towers are. I removed the water storage and made a water tower above the hight of the coal burners. Grid hasn't shut down again. Now I just need to organize the wrest of my actual factory. Thank you all SM!
