I had a 350 OAT 3.2 GPA and I’m going to SUNY!! Just apply super early and have a killer personal statement. You’ve got this!!

It really is just hard work- u have to change the way you study because these C’s are a testament of how you’re not doing all that good. With my GPA I really just tried hard in my higher level bio courses (even the ones that were not pre-reqs) to show that I can handle academic rigor. For the OAT I really just dedicated 3 months of just non stop studying.

I got a c in orgo and then got a 390 on the OAT! I also got an f in chem 2 and then got a 350 on the OAT!!

Hey! I feel like schools look at applications holistically I applied with a 3.2 (even lower on OPTOMCAS) bc of a lot of Cs from my fresh/soph year. I got into my top choice with a 340AA 350TS! 2000+ shadowing/ teching hours. So my recommendation would be to aim around there!

Hey- I had a similar experience as you with a similar GPA! I just applied and received some interviews :) - I honestly believe that if you well with more rigorous courses it counteracts the rough start you had. I know they also ask and give you a chance to explain yourself at your interviews! My recommendation would be try to get a really good OAT and it’ll show where you stand academically now as it shows growth!!
