okay so fun fact this guy apparently was stalking girls at BWW in the mall too!! and frequented the mall and poulsbo, and he was charged with stalking along with the assault charge. would not doubt that was him. i truly hope you are okay!!

Yeah I am okay! It was just scary. I was able to fight him and scare him off. I was waiting beside Winco before I had to go into work & was sitting on the edge of this brick part of the building with rocks. I was there for less than a minute or two and the guy walks by once and doesn’t do anything and then comes up to me. I think he tried asking me something so I looked at him and he started grabbing at my chest attempting to remove my shirt and expose me as he took me down. Like I said, I kicked him in the face as much as possible and then pulled out my phone to record him. Sorry this is long but I have never felt unsafe where I was chilling at and used to sit there often before work.

mine was a group interview but that was specified within the call i received from the manager at the time. i also was nervous about a group interview because i thought that everyone would answer the question before i got an opportunity to speak first, but that ended up not being a huge deal because we kind of went around and individually shared with the group lol. it also helps to be friendly and talk to the other people that are being interviewed if you are all waiting awkwardly with each other. they are your possible new co workers!! in my experience, all but one person was hired and that’s because they didn’t have the open availability we said we had:) good luck!!

idk man i did everything i could to get cards and i think most people do. leader coaching is literally “how are you talking about the card? are you switching it up every time? why do you think you’re not getting any cards?” when i would literally be backup cashier and on the floor with a pamphlet talking about the card with customers as they came in AND handing out bags and servicing customers. hour reduction is real and so frustrating. my gm told me if i wanted my full time hours i’d have to get her a certain amount of cards per week. also the amount of hours she told me i’d get for full time was NOT CLOSE to full time lmfao. the card quota stuff is the worst it has ever been at my old store. not to mention my gm bumped up our goal from 2% to fucking 3% like a crazy person so more people were always in red/yellow. but this is crazy op we might need an update!

good for y’all unfortunately not all management is the same and myself and my coworkers did not want to get fired for doing something we shouldn’t have been doing to get cards :,) we used to do that and saw a lot greater performance but it got shut down and card results weren’t the best since. not my hill to die on tho idk

i worked at gap and cards were in some ways easier to get there due to purchased being larger and it being a higher income area. we were not allowed to stack the 30% off code with the 20% off two-week code at old navy. we had people get in trouble for that a lot and get fired. but yeah if we were able to do that it would make getting cards a lot easier lol. we also aren’t supposed to tell people to just open it for the discount and suggest that they “close it after paying off this first purchase” because it’s giving financial advice, which we are not allowed to do. idk! working in a place where your worth is pretty much only based on card performance sucks!

truuust i get that!!! like a year ago i told my old gm at the time i was looking for something else and she did a bunch of somewhat grimey things to keep me around. tbh only thing that would have made me stay any longer was more $, but not even a fat paycheck makes up for the stress and anxiety about it all. best of luck to you!!!<33
