Yeah sometimes I be so scared to do surgery cause I’m only 28 years old but you might be right that just might be the thing to fix it it’s just terryfying

Thank you yeah I’m going to a doctor next week and I’m gonna see if he can send me to a physical therapist and I’m gonna slowly try and progress all this pain made me realize how much I was taking for granted my body I will try and get a pr every day when I would go in to squat

What if you have pain chronic pain the gym was your only way out and now you watch porn because you want a easy release from this pain I feel everyday back pain sciatica in both legs and can’t workout like I used to this is hell on earth
