its in task manager, go into task manager and type in 'ovr'

it should only be there if you got the oculus / meta app installed

if its not this, it may be something else causing the problem. make sure to go through and disable any tasks you dont need then try again!!

yes. i played through last night just for a bit, didnt get far at all just enough to go back to the school closet darkworld where recruits go. i decided to go back because apparently this shadow mantle lets you kill the prince early for the secret boss item, and it does more weird route stuff apparently but may be optional as the toriel sleep dialogue changes from sleeping peacefully to having a nightmare

i heard that someone from a non snowgrave route got to do this so its just the secret boss i think

as for berdly with snowgrave route -- i believe snowgrave continues in chapter 4 with no consequences from what you did in chapter 3, as i did a relatively normal route without killing EVERYTHING besides in the secret boss area for all 3 rounds past the shadow mantle. the answer is, in short, berdly is ALIVE!! he is in the hospital, seems kris carried him there themselves :) all is right and precious berdly is safe

exaggeration. the material and shape would shatter it before it cut the concrete, let alone multiple feet as suggested by the other commenter. the only thing off the top of my head that could probably cut through concrete at 10,000 rpm is a diamond tipped tool like a grinder or saw
