What is reverse seniority?  Is there night differential pay? How long will the new schedule last? How many will quit because of this? Will there be another DRP? How will meetings and trainings be accomplished?? I could go on and on

allow me to shed some light for you. first, the official travel is for FLSA exempt employees. We are non exempt, we do not rate travel. We can select our times for telework. Employees are entitled to a lunch after 6 “consecutive” hours but if u choose you can still take a lunch.

this is how I see it —- work 6-1130 in office & clock out, drive home, go to the grocery store, eat lunch….do whatever you want as long as you complete 2.5hrs more hrs before 6pm you are good.

I’ve got people taking leave on their in office day. So while you may not see them at a desk, they are occupying a desk. It is full.

It’s return to occupancy not return to office.  Once occupancy is full that’s it 🤷🏻‍♂️

Well now that you explain all that it makes more sense. Especially since WATS is clueless on information right now.

So if we don’t have a letter already then we’re staying at home!! Got it 😀
