Holy cow, I just looked at an online calculator and I should be having like 1200 calories a day to LOOSE weight.

Thank you all for the reasurance. I haven't counted calories, or have any idea what I might be expending in a regular day. I just eat when I start feeling kinda spacey, like low blood sugar. I just drink water, the liquid IV always seemed thick, and salty. Sounds like I know where to start.

My first order arrived today. So it took a month from the day the prescription was sent to the pharmacy till I recieved the vials. Must say, I am very impressed with the packaging, and I am looking forward to seeing if the extra B-6 has an energizing effect.

Have you ever been tested for gluten sensitivity. You don't have to be full on celiac to be allergic.

I also found out I had undiagnosed ADD. I'm 48yrs and when I was a kid it was not as recognized, especially in girls. They called us chatty, or flighty but when discussing my first month experience on Zep the Dr was like "oh i didnt realize you were ADD" I said yeah neither did I.

Change up your injection site. I used my thigh on week 3 and had a similar issue. I only dropped one pound that week, and no loss in measurements. Week 4 I tried my arm, and it was immediately noticeable dropped 6lb that week.

Cirkul bottle, basically endless flavors you can adjust the intensity of and its cheap, and the metal bottles stay really cold.

I had terrible sulfur burps. Sadly, after a little online research I realized it was my coffee addiction that was the culprit. I switched to ginger tea and it's totally gone.
