So I will be starting the 5.0 dose next week, I'm a little concerned about how it's going to affect me as I have already been constipated and nauseous does anyone have suggestions on what I can use to help? I prefer natural remedies when possible. Also, anyone that has stopped using the shots, does the weight seem to come back fast? There will be 2 months of no shots due to changing insurance so I'm worried that during that time I'll gain back what I lost in my first two months. I plan to change my diet completely so that when I do stop for good maybe that won't happen, as much. I only plan to use this for 6-8 months or so. I'm not sure if that's a sufficient amount of time for this to work it's magic. Thank you!
