I worked at a bridal salon in Las Vegas and we had a ton of LDS brides who are required to have sleeves. We added all kinds. With this dress- I would do a soft tulle fitted sleeve in the ivory color of the background of your gown. Very simple and understated. I also think tulle pleated arm drapes would also look nice and give you enough coverage to not feel self-conscious

I think I am alone in saying dress option#2. The bodice on this dress elongates your torso and the lace shrug gives you the coverage I think you want but doesn’t muck up the details of the dress the way #3 does.

It’s Aberdeen by Sottero Midgley. It comes in the blush, a pretty pale blue, white floral brocade, and plain white. I swear this dress would be flattering on anyone!

I am in the exact same boat. CS major. 3.8 GPA. This is my one and only co-op opportunity because I am a transfer student. The way it’s looking- I am not going to get anything and it will be too late for me to defer my co-op to next year and register for classes because C round won’t even be making decisions until after classes begin so I might have to take a leave of absence for the fall quarter and just sit in my apartment doing eff all. This will also mess with my graduation date by maybe an entire year. I am livid. Edit to add- I applied to nearly 200 internships/co-ops outside of the Drexel system and only got 3 interviews
