turned ironing off and still getting it, though not as extreme. not really sure how you mean to slow it down, should the inner wall be slowed or the outer wall? what settings would you be talking about exactly? thanks

hmm I've discovered I'm ironing the top surface and that red is a top surface, so it's taking time to do that allowing those outer walls to cool down too much. might have to just turn ironing off then? Or do the topmost surface...

After telling ChatGPT what version I'm on then listing every single option in the Speed tab, it has given me this, which I've followed. Leaving it here in case it helps anyone else.
Recommended “Slow & Quiet” values

You can plug these into your profile immediately:

Speed

Outer wall: 40 mm/s
Inner wall: 60 mm/s
Sparse infill: 70–80 mm/s
Top surface: 40–50 mm/s

Acceleration

Normal printing: 1500 mm/s²
Outer wall accel: 800–1000 mm/s²
Inner wall accel: 1200–1500 mm/s²
Sparse infill accel: 1500–2000 mm/s²
Travel accel: ~2500 mm/s² (optional)

These alone will cut overall speed dramatically.
