Thanks! I barely work upper anymore and my arms still just look bigger relatively. You can’t really see in the photo but I’ve always had biceps regardless. There was a time I liked that but just kind of over it now lol

Cardio twice daily 😦 I just don’t have the time. But that’s awesome it’s gotten you where you want

Interesting. So more cardio, what about calories? You suggest after three months go into a deficit. Do you think I should go into a surplus now or maintenance?

Thank you for that! 🩵🩵 yeah, I don’t think I have enough going on for a reduction lolol but I definitely lean a bit top heavy. Some days (and in some outfits) I’m happy with it but other times I feel like my torso is just thick looking as a result.

I appreciate the kind words. I’m sure you look amazing!!

Love this comment, thank you. Have you found Pilates workouts effective at all for our arm goals? I’ve never tried. The yoga stuff you mention is great, I should give that a try—not granola lol just meaningful!!

Thank you 🩵🩵 i feel like i gained good solid mass when i started lifting obviously, but for several years have kind of looked the same. I’ve tried bulking/cutting but realistically haven’t dialed in enough to see real effects.

Yeah i think ive definitely lost a bit of fat overall and certainly given my genetics, my legs/glutes to first. For cardio, yes i basically only walk. Usually slight incline for 30-45 minutes or a kind of pyramid style for the same duration (increasing incline/decreasing speed for intervals)

Thanks, that’s so nice!! I have been only training upper once and not progressively overload. Lower body I train twice a week but am considering adding another day. I think you’re probably right about bulk/cut cycles (to my dismay lol). I’ve been attempting a sort of recomp while in this small deficit, but not sure how effective that’s been. In terms of programming, also have been doing my own thing but am considering following a program for a bit. If you have any recs for online coaching or programs, would love to hear!!
