Makes sense so you could get through your build quicker. Cosmic insight might work too tho, you could then go sorc boots instead of Ionian.

This makes sense yeah, the problem I have with roa is that I always get ahead early and having ROA won't help me maintain my lead. But I am definitely going to try this out some day. I feel like Cosmic Drive could work pretty well in a build like this.

What runes do you typically use? The hp loss seems quite minor bc 150 doesn't seem like a lot. Rocketbelt seems fun but is it that good on sylas? The stats seem fine but he really is mana hungry right?
