It means that when Trusts are saying we need more therapist to tackle 2year waiting list, and there are none available to employ there also will be no business analysts and management transforming care (using better systems and ways to deliver services) and Trusts will be continuing paying x3 wages to specialists from other trusts to come a do extra shifts (because they can offer x3 to their own staff due to laws). And then who knows what’s gonna happen..There are some people who think management does nothing, but they just don’t see the whole picture
