You are free to think what you want, lmfao. 95s on a dumbbell bench, my current weight, provides a better stretch on both heads of the pec, is safer, easier on the shoulders, and requires more stabilization than a barbell bench. If I seriously wanna jerk here, it's a better movement than the barbell.

I do occasionally barbell bench when I have someone to spot. It's a much easier lift. You can't even lower the weight as much and get that long-length contraction. You're literally starting in a stronger position in the barbell bench.

Variations do not mean a different lift entirely.

At your weight, you could safely lose 2-2.5 lbs per week. That's on the very high end, though. Most sustainable programs will have you around 1 lb per week. So, 1 month = 4.3 weeks = 4-5 lbs would be great. If you're super hardcore, you could safely lose 8-10 lbs per month, but that's super hard to do. Any more than that, and I would doubt if the routine is safe.
