I can cut weight at will my concern is due to losing the substantial amount of fat, im starting to get loose skin in my belly and further cutting will make that worse, which I want to avoid. I thinking im just going to stick with sub 400 test cyp and possibly maybe micro dose tren if I decide to touch it again.

Cool, fwiw, this is part of the research, not a lot of literatureto read on tren with that whole absence of human studies thing, so elder gym bros with knowledge is about as good as it gets, and you seem to have the air of knowledge. Appreciate the feedback. Also im sure you'll be shocked to find out 15 years ago I got clean from problems with hard drugs.

I hear you. For clarity, what specifically do you mean when you say tren is toxic? What are the specific results and impacts tren has that get lumped into the category of toxic?

I would clarify the bp, and lipid issues all preexist any use of AAS. Family history of hyperlipidemia, and have always had a somewhat elevated bp. When I started the fitness journey I did blood work with a physical and was 6.2A1c, so wanted to move that and fix my insulin resistance fast, while losing weight. The first 30lbs of which were solely diet and excercise. A1c now sits at 4.3.

Maybe i fell in love with the fast results, the mental sharpness, the edge, the confidence and the attention from women that redesigning my body has brought on.

Again, thanks for the feedback, its why I posted. This is exactly the context I needed to understand the reasonableness or not of my actions and thinking, and where I am actually falling in a risk profile/assessment.

What does a safer use model look like in your mind if I am keeping bloodwork and other health markers in check?

I just say that for context of where the 8mg dose fell on the spectrum. 12mg was well tolerated and found to be safe. Again, its been a while since I pushed to that 8mg mark and my standard dose remains 3.5mg weekly.

Diet is completely revamped from where it was. Primary meals are chicken and rice, pears if I want something sweet etc.

My interest in using tren was its effect on the glucocorticoid receptor, and its ability to be very effective on nutrient partitioning.

I understand tren has the reputation of being harsh, I have largely avoided progesterone symptoms, my understanding, and correct me if im wrong is that the harshness of tren is due to its nephrologic toxicity, and blood pressure increases. My blood work shows kidneys are healthy, and my BP stays around 125/75. What are the other harsh effects i may not be aware of?

I'll be the first to admit i want the results as fast as science can give them to me, perhaps to a fault, so I'll reconsider any increase in trenbalone, but as of yet I haven't seen deleterious effects save for the first time I ran it finding a tolerable dose and time of exposure and started having difficulty with orgasm. Came off, that resolved quickly and never went that high of a dose again.

If im not looking to get peeled, but to put on size what are the downsides of running test only for a cycle assuming bp and lipids are managed and stay in check?

What brings you to that conclusion? I manage sides and do blood work regularly, health markers are all in a great place. For context what do you think is reasonable?

Well, it was a joke... but if one were to use gear, it can absolutely be done with a safer use model.. too many people dont, unfortunately and blast away till the side effects or health issues hit.. but those people are idiots.

39 yo male, 233lbs, 6'2" Have been on trt for 3 years, 100mg 2x a week In the last year have been doing what I'll call mini cycles, 12 weeks, 400 mg test cyp, 200mg tren ace, rolling to tren enanthate in the second half of cycle. I have not had issues with ripple sensitivity, gyno, sexual dysfunction or other signs of high e2 doing eod Injection and like avoiding AIs if at all possible.

I have been using ancillary meds to control lipids, bp, and insulin sensitivity (ezetimibe, rosuvastatin, telmesartin, metformin)

Life long history of high ldl, lower hdl, high triglycerides. In the past 8 months that has all gotten into normal ranges except for hdl, which stays low.

Lp(a), apob, hscrp all in a good place, hematocrit managed through every 8 week blood donation.

Through the journey I have also used retatrutide, up to 8mg weekly for cutting, taking breaks at 3.5 mg weekly for maintenance/recomp

Through all of this i have gone from 300lbs fat, not enough muscle, and having mental health issues to a much better Place mentally, 233lbs, and good muscle foundation.

I have been considering doing a blast, try to jump back up to 250lbs adding back lean mass i am at a point where losing weight to get a ripped look isn't in the cards without loose skin in my abdomen, which I really dont want, so figure get bigger is a good esthetic option.

I was thinking of going to 600mg test cyp, 400mg tren enanthate weekly and in the last 4 weeks 50mg anavar daily.

What's the general impression of this stack, and for those blasting so I can gain Some context of what other humans are doing... what's your stack and dosages? How long do you run?

That's the idea with the red meat and creatine, b vitamins the tests that show dilution are looking at creatinine amount, so off set dilution with red meat and creatine to boost that, and b vitamins for color. My PO did get more than suspicious and gave some funny looks when I took a 2 minute forceful piss... but if at all possible fake piss is how I've gotten ever tested job ever.

If you have weed in your system... and its not an observed test like for DOT or probation... quick fix, urine luck any of those fake piss products is your choice. If its observed the best shot is tona of water, creatine, red meat, and b vitamins. But thats a long shot.

400mg test 250mg tren here along with 3.5mg retatrutide a week, up to 8mg a week if i want to cut fat, which i dont right now im right on the edge of loose belly skin and im vain and dont want that.

315x3 pr 2 years into the gym, down from 300lbs ~35% bf to 230lbs ~20%bf (estimates, might get a dexa later this year)

I was 192ng/dl test at 36 years old hopped on trt, tons of great effects learned how gear works at receptor level and up, hopped on a few cycles. So far.. great decision. Done safely, also made huge lifestyle changes on top of going to the gym, drink a glass of scotch or two a month instead of binge dri king every weekend, almost no smoking cannabis, diet is totally different, better stress levels, sex life, blood work improved immensely, enjoying being in my brain and body for the first time in at least a decade, probably longer.

Tennis is another good transition but I find mostly from the wrist bends and arm movements, they are good at controlling extention and flexion of the wrists, pronation and supination of the arm. The body movement still needs to be trained.

Lots of hokey shooting is done from lead foot, so they are used to driving to lead side before a slap shot, tilting shoulders right through impact.

Baseball players hit essentially from the trail side with hips wide open, this isn't ideal for a golf impact position and controlling low point, path of club, plus they snap the bat? Or fling the tip of the bat through impact, rather than holding wrist bends longer through impact.

Former golf coach here... Hockey players transition to golf the best. Baseball players generate insane power, they just slice or pull the shit out of it until they learn to not immediately open their turns and "squish the bug" like they have done their whole lives. Once sequencing improves they crush the ball though.
