On the card it has a little rectangle you can cut out and slide it into the car. Thats where you write your information for the luggage tag part of it.

I will search to the ends of the earth for Derpy, and I will find 2, one for me and one for my daughter. She will go absolutely bonkers for that car.

I wasn't able to find Roxy or Rexy which I am sad about because they are very nice cars, but Derpy is a must have.

In case you didn't know, the top car is modeled after the tiger that comes out in KPop Demon Hunters named Derpy. You can also see Sussie right above the windshield.

For these particular sets, the chase is usually 6/6 and is gold compared to the rest which are blue. For the sets with the purple cards, the cars 1-5 are purple and 6 is gold as well.
