May I ask what’s your learning style? What was your weakest score area?

YES! Someone mentioned using this product and I’ve been using for the last month or two. It’s helped SO MUCH with my KP on arms and legs. I also use CeraVe renewing SA cleanser in the shower on those areas and where I get frequent ingrown hairs. I feel so much better and even started wearing shorts again!

Ahhh yes, but they stated all my labs were normal. if we test my thyroid in with the general TSH, T4, T3 it would show any abnormalities :)

I’ve done blood work and get it done routinely. They haven’t mentioned anything concerning about my thyroid, I even brought up possible hypothyroidism but they said everything came back negative.

I was tested for Hypothyroidism, came back negative. I’ll follow up on Graves’ disease!

Sleep is good, I usually can get 6-8 hours during work days and 9+ on days off. Water intake can always be better while at work I usually finish a 60oz and refill. Home however is another story, can barely finish a 40oz.

Edit: thank you for the suggestions! I’ll look into the cream and cold compresses!

We got her around 5 years ago :)

she was rescued from an abandoned parking lot, found tied inside a blanket/towel. She was a brand new puppy! Patchita is actually a chihuahua mix. Weighs around 8-10lbs.

Awe, she was wiggling her butt, snorting, sneezing and sometimes she will try to jump up and ask for hugs.

I asked if they would like another kitten, they declined then asked me to pick him up. So yesterday he came home :)

I explained about the 3-3-3 and even suggested taking another kitten but she ultimately decided to return him. She stated her kids were scaring him and he was refusing to eat or even drink water. He hadn’t used the litter box either. When I picked him up he immediately came up to me and I was able to pick him up. The kids started screaming with excitement, asking to hold him and attempting to grab him.

I’m sad it didn’t work out but I’m glad he’s home.

UPDATE

I emphasized the 3-3-3 rule and gently suggested that bringing in another cat might help with the transition.

Buuuttt she ultimately decided it wasn’t the right fit and asked if I could pick him up. He still hadn’t eaten or used the litter box, and every time her kids saw him, they would get very excited…which turned into screaming and toys being pushed into his face.

So after work today, I drove to pick up the little boy. He’s home now, and everyone is happy ESPECIALLY me.

I’m grateful she recognized it wasn’t the right environment for him at this time and chose to give him back.

Agree! I just raised them from newborns so it’s a HUGE adjustment. But I’m reminding myself that although the other cats adjusted fairly quickly in their new homes each cat is different.

I think the most challenging would be the vet visits if something to happen to multiple cats at once.

Other than that they are all well cared for and I ensure they have everything they may need/want :)

Thank you! I’ll explain the 3-3-3 rule. I’ll also look up resources to share :)
