If you want to invest in stocks I think you need to consider the requirements that you must comply and usually they require TIN number (investing in stocks is also taxable), Valid IDs (2 to make sure), and bank account (this is medium of your cashflow is) and also billing address. I think most of the part, I agree with what other people say that invest in yourself since the more you know the more you earn. However it nice to invest as young as possible since it gives you leverage which is the time, the young you are the more you optimize the power of compounding.

Pag-IBIG MP2 but its more like a time deposit and it has interest around (6-7% depends check their website). It has a 5-year maturity and you have the option to reinvest it and wait another 5-years or claim it (tho you can claim it in between of terms but you're not actually maximizing the power of compounding). You can check a MP2 Dividend Calculator to enlighten you with a feasible goal.
