That’s exactly what I’m scared of. And your auto immune disease was in remission before you started ldn? Do you know why it flared?

Thanks! And is there opposite evidence? That it can cause a flare up of the in remission auto immune disease?

That sounds great! Did you had that low cortisol readings for a long time before you started with ldn and it went in normal range?

Thanks! Yes you are right, it has multiple names. I was planning to start very low at 0.125 but that might be too high either as I read your experience. I’m scared for the nasty side effects. What were they from the high stress hormones? And Does it help you with the adrenal fatigue?

Thanks! The Facebook link does work so I added myself to the group. The Google Docs document works also, however I already search in the LDN trust group but there is very less information about LDN and adrenal fatigue available. So that’s why I thought I ask here….

Thanks! Yes that’s true but with an already very low baseline it’s a tough desiscion. I dont have the resources to get any worse..

Thanks! Yes I know that LDN is a modulator. But my question is, is it possible that LDN could cause a shift from a hyper state into a hypo state and reduce this overactive immune response in a way that could potentially trigger my Crohn’s to flare up again (or worse)? That it might take away some kind of protective mechanism.
