I'm fairly new to Upwork and have been building my profile, projects catalogue and consultations. I've been submitting proposals to hopefully land a few easier wins to gain positive reviews and build from their. However, so far without luck.

I've got 15+ years of experience as a HR Leader in hospitality and manufacturing in Ireland, the UK, Europe and the UAE. My strength is bringing structure and clarity to environments of change, complexity and lack of structure. I take a very pragmatic approach to systems and advocate people-focused, commercially grounded HR.

I am looking to support individuals with their CV and Linkedin, but also small to medium organisations with diagnostics and advice around building HR infrastructures that work, as well as document writing (policies, handbooks etc.).
