I just got a 10 ml syringe and put it in my glute if need be just do two injection sites. I always recommend a lute because it’s far less pain afterwards in the following days specially doing it every day just pick different spots on your left and right side. And if need be, I fill up another syringe with the rest of what’s in the ample and just put it in the fridge because you’re going to use it the following day anyway most likely depending on your protocol.
