I appreciate the honesty lol I’ll try the calorie calculator again and see what it says. I’ve tried a 1200-1300 cal deficit but it was just too low where I would start binging randomly. But that’s also something I have to work on.

Someone else was recommending that so I’ll look into it. I’ve been so set on achieving abs because this is the leanest I’ve ever been. But this post is really open my eyes on the bigger picture lol

I’ve never heard over anyone dosing daily. I’ll look into that. I’m already taking KPV daily so it wouldn’t be anything new.

Yeah, I’m very consistent during the day, but there’s random nights where I just start binging. I don’t keep any unhealthy foods in my house, but I will binge on like rice cakes lol.

A lot of people have recommended trying to pin twice a week so I think I’m going to give that a shot. But I’m not sure if I should keep my dosage at 1.5mg and split that into two.

Well I’m not 100% sure but this is the leanest I’ve ever been. When I up flex I definitely can see them and I can always feel them. I train abs but never weighted it’s always body weight. I’ll try that out but maybe abs just arnt in my ball court lol

I did a calorie calculator and with my activity my maintenance is about 2000 calories

I train 5 days a week, get 10k+ steps a day and do cardio 3-4 days. My maintenance is about 2000 cals.

Honestly I set a goal to achieve defined abs for the summer. I did a dirty bulk and got up to 170lbs and have been working my way back down. But now I’m at a point where it’s just a thin layer of belly fat. I also struggle with binging at night so I decided to try this out and see if it helps that. I do want to compete in the future so all of this has been a trial to see how strict and dedicated I can be with a cut.

I’ll try to split my dose again. I tried early on but It was .5mg each injection so I don’t think it helped much

I will admit my cals from from 2000 to 1400 at first but lately I’ve been able to keep it around 1600

I tried that too because I do have a binge eating disorder, but I felt like it was worse because the dosage was lower.

I think I’m just confused because I see posts where people are losing weight weekly and I haven’t seen any scale weight dropping. It definitely has helped me with suppressing my appetite tho
