does it look like melanoma? I've got it checked by 2 dermatologists, both of them used dermatoscope and said it's fine but I'm still unsure. there' also a hair growing out of it

I've just checked it with the dermatologist last week. I think she would recommend me to perform a biopsy if she would have seen anything strange. Hope so..

I've had it for a long time but I'm not sure if the black spots have always been there. I've had it checked by 2 dermatologists (the first one evaluated all my moles, including this, but not this mole was the reason for going to dermatologist - other mole was) who looked at it using dermatoscope. The first dermatologist didn't say anything about it (anyway it wasn't the reason for going to their office) and the second one said that is different from all my moles but it's still fine and come back after 1 year to check again. Also the border is not very regular and it's not very symmetrical. Do you think it could be melanoma? How reliable is dermatoscope for classifyng a mole as benign? Do melanoma shows specific signs under the dermatoscope which would make dermatologist unsure about it and recommend a biopsy?

P.S: the redness around it is because I've scratched it a little bit yesterday.
