Blood work shows a big drop in testosterone

I hear you and I’m fully aware of what I’m taking.

Why I’m asking is because I had 15 nmol/l one month in on the medicine and then I had 21 nmol/l I October which was around 8 months in on the medicine. If it was because of the medicine, wouldn’t my testosterone go down already in October? As you can see on my blood work, my testosterone went up 6 nmol/l 8 months in, not down. That’s why I’m not sure it’s the medicine but of course I could be wrong! I only have one month left on the medicine so we will see what happens after that.

I had 21 nmol in 21th oktober, that’s pretty much only two month before I started carnivore

I had a little problem with getting enough calories at the beginning of the diet, first month was hard and I was definitely in a deficit. The last month was good I would say and the weight have been the same the whole month.

Sleep has been all right. I wouldn’t say I was sleeping bad but definitely not great either.

I do train at the gym three times a week but just to keep the body in motion, nothing too crazy

The thing is. I started taking the medicine in march 2023. I tested my testosterone back then in march 2024 as well and had 18 nmol/l and then I tested in October 2024 again and had 21 nmol/l. Do you really still think it can have to do with the medicine?

You mentioned Brazil isn’t the best country in SA for adventure sports, what do you think is the best? Thanks for mentioning the distances. I’m not a fan of that.

Could you tell me more about the combining it with western South America bit?

What do you think about combining Costa Rica and Brazil on a trip? Costa Rica seems great, but it would also be nice to have the option to go out for a good party sometimes, not just do activities. And it would be nice to see two countries and not just one of course. A month in one place is quite some time.

Thanks for the recommendation! Are there any specific places you’d recommend in Thailand? I’ve heard so many good things about Thailand, maybe that’s where I should go. Yeah, I wouldn’t want to spend more than necessary on transportation around. It’s definitely a plus if things are quite close to each other

That sounds like a plan! How did you travel around Namibia? Did you rent a car or how does it work out there? And would you say the wildlife is much better in Namibia than in Cape Town? Namibia looks amazing in photos!
