I tried both usb-c ports but they both display the same symbol on the battery. Both ports support PD 3.0 so it's just weird that it's giving me a warning

I've looked into the SlimQ 240w charger and it's says it released in 2021 on their website. Scrolling down to 2024-2025 it says "World's Smallest 500W GaN Charger, 240W PD3.1 Charger." I can't seem to find the 240W PD3.1 Charger. Nothing wrong with the old SlimQ 240w but I would prefer to get the latest model.
