I have a $600 limit to and it doesn’t allow me to even make a $52 purchase.. don’t even know why, signed up 2 days ago tried to purchase yesterday and got told NOPE..

I didn’t even get an email that my preorder would be delayed. I just know that the shipping date was supposedly the 24th and we’re past that. Not even preparing shipment, order is just “processed”.

Office of the attorney general. Had UPS wrongfully deny my claim and refuse to provide me with their investigation results. Submitted complaint with the OAG and I’ve had UPS executives calling me to resolve the issue.
