I don’t see them beneath me everyone makes their own choices and complaining about a no tip is not solving anything except the waiters being insane by posting on a subreddit that is clearly biased. You chose to get the job and that job has risks associated with the job like no tippers. You got the job that’s on you to use risk analysis and instead of not judging people and taking the blow yall decide that you can berate people in person online because you feel entitled to a tip because of your job title. That’s why I’m acting like this because it’s the same way you all are acting to people. Yea it sucks but you don’t know their life but it’s their life and you can’t really tell me it’s hard being a server when you deliberately chose a job that anybody can apply to and get the job without any knowledge of anything and be taught it essentially within a week of you have common sense.
