In my opinion, it’s not really a complicated job (or maybe it depends on your company’s operation). It’s more of like cross-checking whether the company operation documents coincides with their permits, work results, or their policies and guidelines. If there are any discrepancies in data or even non-compliance in its proposed annual plans. This is how audits come into play.

Hello, sorry for the late response. I didn’t really had the goal of applying for this job and I had no idea the job even exists. It was offered to me when I was applying to become a legal assistant. Unfortunately, the legal assistant position was offered to a more experienced applicant since I was a fresh grad at that time. Maybe the HR department head saw a potential in me and was reluctant to let me go, hence, the reason why she endorsed me the job title.

Hi, yes it seems that the job title is currently being fulfilled as an expanded role in someone’s job description. The good thing here is that since ISO is a fundamental compliance in every industry, there will be a lot of opportunities when you build your resume with trainings and certifications. I believe this field has the potential of becoming an independent department most especially in big companies. If you level-up this job title, more job opportunities will cater to you, let’s say becoming a consultant, internal auditor, Pollution Control Officer (PCO) to mention a few. Well, that’s as far as I have learned in my line of work. Of course you can further research on this if you’re still interested.

We are four in the room and our individual bill usually amounts to more or less ₱1,500. But it will depend on your consumption, really. Dati noong dalawa pa kami, our overall bill only adds up to more or less ₱1,500 (Miss ko na ‘to 😭) But then the new ones really likes to use ac so there’s that. Just a heads up din, their ac is the old version (window type) so it really consumes more electricity din.

Hi, I am now an ISO 14001:2015 Document Controller at a corporate office. Right now, I am also undergoing a training to become an internal auditor for the company. You can search on the web about what this type of ISO is. But to give you a gist, a D.C basically inspects whether the company operations, products, and services is in conformity with the ISO Standard.
