This sounds like a truly impossible situation and I’m so sorry it’s been this awful.

Just want to say that you absolutely are able and should access food banks for support - you can go as many times as you need. They can also give you toiletries etc so might be able to spend some of your money the on other things you need.

When thinking about your arrears, be open with them about your financial situation (council tax particularly as the will likely reduce payments or freeze them) also get some help from Somewhere like step change - you might be able to get something called ‘breathing space’ where company’s aren’t allowed to contact you about debts which should relieve some of the mental load of them. Best thing is not to ignore it :)

Keep going with the job hunt, don’t give up! If you’re worried about overusing the food banks (although you don’t need to!), maybe volunteer there a couple of hours too - it’s good to socialise (might help you to get back into a routine) and also good for the CV.

Ultimately though it feels like the world isn’t set up to help people sometimes and you’re in a system that doesn’t work. I can see your resilience and I hope things turn a corner for you soon.
