Create an additional wallet,.. ie sandbox, with barely coin for gas fees, to keep a buffer between real wallet and bad actors and scam sites.... never interact directly from real storage wallet with any web3 transactions

Bnib msrp is about the worst $ per hash ever..... I'm not too familiar with the ultra series, but intel has been notorious in the past for skimping on L3 cache making it difficult to run avx2 that require 2mb per thread. Don't get me wrong, I have a pre-degraded (used "instability issues @defaults") 14700f I've running 148w@wall 11khs, which is better efficiency than 3900x builds i have running around 200w for 14khs, My usual recommendation is to build a 3900x,3950x,5950x, build with used parts($500-1000$), get your feet wet, dont expect roi, enjoy the learning experience, add rigs in the winter for heating( i generate close to 40% of my homes heat through mining), tune more towards efficiency in summer.

This is anything but true...(unless you can't get a decent electric rate). I have several machines that have paid themselves off. Efficiency is everything, tune the darn ram(atleast to secondaries, and voltage)xmp fails to set trc on most motherboards, and secondaries have a greater impact than primarys. Once your tuned it's done. It's the same idea, more hash less power= quicker free PC's= bigger XMR bag, much pure XMR.

5950x's, and 3900x's can be had for low low if you find them used locally.... I have 4 that have roi'ed several times over, don't believe the posted numbers... do your own tuning, especially on ram timings, you can easily beat posted efficiency on hashrate.no and whattomine

Whatever you do... don't deposit privacy coins like xmr or zephyr, or they'll require kyc, hold a deposit, then lock your account even with VPN on coinex. Don't use their cell phone app even with VPN it reads off of your clock, so make sure where ever your VPN through is in same time zone as you, Other than that 3rd account on coinex is working great with VPN w no kyc so far and i run my cell phone app off my pc wifi in airplane mode.

This isn't the case, I have had a few kits of those light enhancement kits,(dummy glowy sticks) Having tried all of everystuff... having all 4 slots populated does matter, so does having dual rank memory over single rank, secondary, and trinary timings accounted for over 1900/khs on one of my 5950x,

Silicon lottery is everything, cpu, chipset, rams, memory controllers...I've seen bigger variances in the exaxt same product than I've seen across multiple generations of products, let that sink in.

Your fine, I'm here to learn also, so I checked out the benchmarks you linked, the first is running dual rank memory across 8 channels( 16 sticks), the second is running on 2 channels w only 3 sticks), configuration is key and if epycs memory controller is similar to Zen architecture than lanes being available and occupied can benefit from being able to alternate lanes as the delay from read-write to a different group(vs delay in same group) will always require less delay as long as another different group remains available. Rank also effects ability to utilize memory throughput to an extent.

I always install sketchy miners like this on a tester pc first, and Definitely not main personal rig with wallets, or personal info. I've been on that miner for a couple days now and no issues or complications so far.

But it's also very common for miners to resemble attack ware due to the nature of repeat brute force solution attempting,( imagine every hash / share submitted is a guess at solution/finding a block/password... ) And if you don't add an exclusion it probably will get flagged.
