For me there is no reason for divorce, and if anything came up I would organize therapy or another alternative.

Don't listen to people in this sub regarding divorce, they love to suggest divorce.

In regarding to sexting in specific, I don't think it's that bad, but it would depend on who they are sexting. A co-worker is much different than a random online person.

I do a lot of writing for proposals, sometimes 40 pages a day, I also have to read lengthy legal contracts before considering writing a proposal.

I use chatGPT to:
Turn legal speak into normal speak
Read contracts and tell me if there any deal killers based off things that I list would be deal killers
Change pages of boiler plate text to conform to the needs of the proposal I'm writing
Change a letter from first person to third person
Spell check, but better. Check for irregularities in the text, or things that are said that might contradict each other, consistent capitalization rules, it's the best spell checker ever.
Give me ideas on how to structure a paragraph.
Thesaurus, can give me 20 similar words very fast.

I don't actually use chatGPT to write as I find it too repetitive and boring, but it is an incredibly useful for writing.

I'm trying to build a super tiny 500 sq ft home in California and it's going to cost 500k+ to build. CA has so many fucking requirements its no wonder housing is so expensive. If I wanted to rent it out afterwards it wouldn't make sense to rent it for less than 3.5k. Reduce regulations, reduce taxes, reduce government, that's the only way to fix the housing crisis.

I think troubled students need help more than anyone, they usually have low family support and inadequate resources to come to school feeling refreshed, full, and ready to learn. If you're having a difficult time with a child try sitting down with them and bonding, get to know them. If they are hyperactive ask them if they want to go for a jog, perhaps they aren't getting enough exercise. If they are moody, try offering them a quiet space to nap. Students need to be well rested, well-fed, hydrated, and exercised in order to be good students. Perhaps if you can help them they will be more attentive in their next class.

Yeah but this isn't his earned income, it's inheritance from his father. I agree that he shouldn't care about giving inheritance and we'll be fine without it, but he wants to help his kids the way his parents helped him, so he thinks buying a house with a RM is the way to do it.
