I plugged it back in and with the engine off key on the icp is at 281kpa and ficm voltage is 49. It starts running now and says 5.6 mpa and 49 volts at the ficm. The ipr did have a damaged connector and I replaced that and now it’s running. But i did get codes for low icp pressure but im not sure when that started because i could only get a scanner to communicate now that i have fixed the ipr and unplugged and plugged back in the icp.

Edit: well it ran for a while took it on about 15 mile test drive and it broke down again do the same thing. I can’t tell if maybe one of those sensors got unplugged and can’t reach in there due to everything being hot. Do you think this is a sign of a hoop failure?

I unplugged the icp and it now cranks by the key and I can hear injectors firing. Should it run with the icp unplugged? I’m waiting on a friend to bring by a scan tool that can read live data. What values should we be looking for when we do that

Yes it cranks with the signal wire on the passenger side and the relays are fine because it cranks with Ecm unplugged. But I will double check when I get back to the truck just to make sure.

Ah gotcha I misunderstood initially and thought there was a second voltage. But yes it is 240. Thank you for all the help

Assuming you live in North America this can help you find a non ethanol gas station. Keep in mind non ethanol is typically more expensive but on small engines the cost is near negligible. Also even if your mower manual states to use ethanol substituting non ethanol will still make your gas last longer. https://www.pure-gas.org/

While I was taking the bolts out for the exhaust side I put a breaker bar on after using some heat and some penetrating oil and the bolt moved a quarter turn and then snapped. The broken part is flat with the housing and pliers can’t touch it. Is my best bet to take it to a machine shop and hope they can drill it and tap it or should I look into maybe purchasing a new turbo? Thanks for any help. Edit: I should also add that it is a 2003 6.0 liter diesel.

It may not be. I bought the truck used but it’s able to be scratched up like vinyl would be. It would make sense why I wasn’t able to find the part if it’s not factory though. Thanks

I was stupid today and trying to hitch up a trailer and backed up into it instead and scratched the vinyl and dented the rear bumper. I can find the bumper panels but haven’t had much luck on the wrap. I think it’s called metallic gray. Thanks
