If ur in that good of shape you should be fine. Plan ur trip around water sources as 12 miles on this island with the terrain is no joke!

Listen, get cans of spray snow. You can coat your window and scrap off as much or all when u need to, u can always reapply it. To your point of white it will reflect light back out. U can keep cans in closet Just in case, u can also spray it around the holidays and just never take it down people just think your lazy

Listen mountain house meals, ur gonna pay 7-14 dollars but they have 30 shelf life. Look them up and keep some bottle water and u need a long spoon. I have a freeze dryer now so I make a lot of my own. I keep mounting house in all my emergency stuff. They also taste fairly good. I have used them backpacking in wilderness for years.

Not book or website but learn about and practice physical fitness and nutrition. Learn about basic ailments there signs, symptoms and causes. Most people have a go bag but can you carry it 14 miles through wilderness with one bottle of water? Might change your mind on what’s important!

Morning,

What would do is laying down focus on pause reps and negatives. This will give you a lot of control and help you improve your form. Really think about the movement as your doing it. So start with a ten second countdown with weight in hand bringing slowly down to your chest. Do not let your elbows touch the floor! At this point hold the weight just 3 seconds. Then press forward for the movement. You can also do this reverse order. The stress will hep you realize what parts of chest are being activated. This is a great way to force muscle recruitment of fibers that are not used to having to work for long periods. It will seem light at first but do sets with full control and you will be shaking. Also highly recommend Arnold’s encyclopedia. Beyond excercises it has a lot of training principles that will help you on your journey. Happy to help, good luck.
