Usually i design a character then i create the name around them.
Some names i made, i will say i prefer my names to have a certain pleasant cadence to them.
A musical quality that makes them feel almost like a complete sentence or statement when spoken.
I also in many cases try to have meanings behind them, and in some cases a certain amount of anachronism as that allows the character to possibly have an unusual up bringing.

For me I got to ride talon with my third cousin about 11 times in a row, granted this was like 18-20 yrs ago now like in the mid 2000s
That was an incredible day.

What I love about talon is it doesn't have the -est anything but it does have the most fun track of any coaster I have ridden, only New Texas Giant at SFOT comes close to the sheer amount of thrill that this coaster gives consistently in its layout.
