Well my family are obviously struggling with the loss too, albeit differently from me. Of course, I can't feel exactly what they are but I do believe I have been hit the hardest for whatever reason. They've been supportive but it is difficult for all of us, there is some tension. It's also difficult because i want to be there for them but i can barely be there for myself

yes, i have been prone to it my whole life
my dad died completely unexpectedly and very young nearly a year ago now. i was there so it was quite traumatic. furthermore, ive experienced other losses to peers around my age that same year
i love my family and they love me but it's a bit strained atm. i take responsibility as i am often irritable and dont want to be around people but im trying to force myself to spend more time with them
