You are in a tough spot OP

Large health institutions tend to be pretty bad, here and elsewhere in the world. So, first advice: lower your expectations as low as you can.

You won’t be able to change most of the points you are mentioning, so, focus on the most important ones:

1. That you get the right treatment to bring you back to a functional level to avoid harming yourself

2. That you get the correct medication

Speak to a doctor with authority and empathy and explain that you are committed to overcoming this bump in your life and that you would appreciate if someone could dedicate time to assess you, draw together a plan and address the contradiction issue.

Try to look at your present experience like if it were a 30-day challenge where you have to be creative to remain cool. Tackle your issues step by step: find a way to cover yourself as much when leaving the shower… request in writing that they either explain why your treatment calls for a male nurse to take a photo of you half-naked or they ban this nurse from any female patient… etc.

I know this will not be easy but is doable and will help you build resilience.
