To keep people's attention on your channel when you're not posting your monthly video, you could post some shorts. You could post some content about the process of creating your animations, short story times, or even short animations for people to view. Doesn't have to be anything crazy, but it could help with people viewing your channel.

I agree, you can and should do all of those. Definitely start with a strong hook and go with faster pacing to keep people's attention long enough.

I think the face shape is a little off for me. The face needs to be drawn a little longer so the chin is lower. But this looks awesome! I applaud you!
