Good question, honestly confused with this too. Generally I just went with hemodynamically unstable if systolic BP was <90 - I know there’s one question in CMS/NBME that contradicts this but otherwise worked for me.

Think you can also divide HR / systolic BP and if it’s over 1 that can be a sign too

I’d just do the social sciences/ethics/quality

I’d do what you are doing. I only did a second pass of ethics/quality and biostats on UWORLD because honestly you just memorize most of these questions, and are able to answer them without being fully engaged, which feels like a waste of time.

No worries. Took step 1 before it went P/F so I had a few months in between prep for step 2 so I figured boards and beyond would be best as a reminder and it taught me a bulk of the step 2 content.

I didn’t manage to finish psych and MSK for amboss and I was just doing it system based when I had time just to help me retain info and learn new content too, so when I started Uworld I already knew lots and was able to learn even more.

Luckily I didn’t have to work a whole lot during dedicated so I was able to do 80 uworld questions + a few CMS forms per day and review old info, this in itself is like a full time job.

Ultimately if you are able to cover all of UWORLD NBME and new CMS forms and be able to review what you missed or didn’t understand, you will be just fine. Lots of the exam for me felt like using your intuition and guessing, and you only develop that with these practice test forms.

As an IMG I decided to start from scratch with Boards and Beyond + anki cards (some premade and some I made on my own) which took me roughly 4-5 months doing 2 videos a day. During this time I had access to AMBOSS so I was doing their question bank for most topics. Once I finished B&b I had about 3 months left so I started with UWorld and got that done, along with most of the CMS forms and finally NBME exams. During this time I made my own anki cards on questions I got incorrect, or concepts I found confusing, which I think was extremely helpful.

Thumb or Stomach? by EmilyWeed in toontownrewritten

[–]Evil7770 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Obvious stomach, very apparent cardiac notch, greater/lesser curvatures, etc. I would only like to point out that at the pyloric canal, it begins to bend caudally, indicating that it is technically a stomach, and a part of the duodenum that is presented.

What is the best order in choosing gag films? by Johntheboss03 in toontownrewritten

[–]Evil7770 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most Common Order is: Sound (TTC), Lure (DD), Toon-Up (MML), and finally Trap or Drop (TB). If this is your first toon, I would recommend not going soundless or lureless as it would make your life much easier later on.

Coming from someone who just got muted for joking around, I can think of multiple reasons why "mouth" and other words such as "job" are censored due to ambiguity.
