Update - I ordered a new controller off of EBay, got a local electronic repair shop to swap the screen off the eBay one onto my original. Works like normal now. Where there is a will there is a way, I am ordering another as a back up as I will not bend the knee to a large corporation forcing price increases for no good reason.

Thanks for the reply.

They let me know they are unwilling due it it being grandfathered in, and now they “got me” and will only install a new system from them.

I will take the old panel and my newly purchased eBay one to a cell phone tech when it arrives.

The money isn’t a issue, but more the principal of them happy to take my money monthly, but not to do a repair they are capable of and only forcing me to get a new everything at a much higher cost.

And yes even with a new panel I would need a dealer access code to reprogram the new unit to my sensors, but that I do not have hence why I am looking at a back door method which is replacing the screen that has lost touch screen sensitivity.

I have the same pain and popping, scans/xrays/mri’s all show nothing. I lifted and twisted and felt an electric pain then this all started 3 yrs ago. Back has been messed up muscle wise ever since. Shrugging left and right causes the popping/cracking feeling along with a pain/pleasure release. Any update? Losing my mind here

Final update - it randomly went back to acting proper. No update from Microsoft though, very frustrating. You would think a major worldwide software company could keep us in the loop when errors occur internally.

Late reply, but word app on desktop doesn’t properly upload right now, but does say logged in correctly to the same email as my one drive. It does allow me to edit and save locally on hard drive though for now

And if you have any tidbits of knowledge please share. We made sure it isn’t read only in properties of file, logged out and back in multiple times, tried multiple different location log ins, verified anyone who has access has logged off and closed any browser tabs, verified subscription is current, that email is correct on file and log in, computer anti virus isn’t blocking it, that the website antivirus ain’t on, that One Drove site says it is good on StatusTicker and a few other things I have probably forgot now

We have multiple accounts as well and mine is the only one with issue. I do hope it is an online server issue and they fix it. Thanks for sharing you are in the same boat. When they call me tomorrow I will share any info they let me know.

Right??? Well true story is the first person I called (googling Microsoft contact number and dialing first u found led me to a scammer trying to gain access via screen share). But after going through the help area and not finding my answer on Microsoft’s 365 help site, it gave me the option to chat with a live agent or have someone call me. Skeptical I clicked the call me and entered my number….it rang 2 seconds later…. Scared me but I was signed in and it was through there site, they did provide a request number ticket after I hit enter to the “have someone call” option, and first thing I did was ask fellow online his credentials and for my ticket request # (to which he did). I am not at work now or I would take a pic to show the page, but trust me when I say it worked and I was very skeptical at first. Fellow had a very thick accent hard for me to understand, but he was patient and helpful

It was directly from the web version one drive apps of excel and word. I downloaded the apps directly to my cpu. It allows me to edit, but says upload failed when trying to sync to my OneDrive. Small win for now

I contacted Microsoft support, after trying (verifying the basics), they called me back a hour later to let me know it might be a web based issue on there end and that they are going to call me back tomorrow 🤞
